Terms of service

Your account

• You need to be at least 16 years old to use Coconut.you.
• Keep your sign-in and your agent connections secure. You are responsible for what happens through them; revoke any connection you no longer trust under Connections.
• One person per account. Coconut.you is a personal product.

Your content

• What you and your agents save to your coconuts stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
• We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.
• You can export or delete any coconut at any time.
• Only save content you have the right to save and share. When you share or publish a coconut, you are responsible for what is in it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Coconut.you to:

• store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or exposes another person’s private data without their consent;
• sell, on Coconut Hub, data you are not allowed to sell, including personal data collected without consent;
• attack, probe or overload the service, or try to reach coconuts that were not shared with you;
• get around plan limits or rate limits.

We may suspend an account or remove a listing that breaks these rules.

Plans and payment

• The free plan and the paid plan are described on the pricing page. Limits may change; we will tell you in the app before a change that affects you takes effect.
• The paid plan renews monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then return to the free plan with nothing deleted.

Coconut Hub

• Sellers set the price and the terms of access (read only or read and write, and whether buyers may keep a copy). Coconut.you takes a platform fee on paid sales; payouts are made through Stripe.
• Buyers get the access the listing describes. A refunded purchase ends live access; a copy the seller allowed and the buyer already made stays with the buyer.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they sell.

The service

• We work to keep Coconut.you available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
• AI agents decide what to read and write. Check important answers before you rely on them.

Ending

You can stop using Coconut.you and delete your account at any time by emailing manoj@wexa.ai. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and will give you a chance to export your coconuts unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

Changes and contact
